My Workout Playlist

Healthy Cinnamon & Grapes Muffins

Eating clean doesn't mean eating gross. These muffins are the perfect example, delicious and low in calories. So really don't deny yourself, you want them. :)
Here's what you have to do before eating them.




Ingredients

- 200gr oatmeal
- 1tbls of Baking soda
- 100gr of brown sugar 
- 1/4 tbls of cinnamon
- 60 gr of butter 40% fat
- 5cl light cooking cream 12%
- 5cl semi-skim milk
- 2eggs
- Dry grapes



Directions

First, blend your oatmeal until it became some sort of flour.
add your baking soda.


Blend, then add the brown sugar and the cinnamon 

 (this picture reprensent how cinnamon, the sugar is already added)
 Blend blend blend again..:) 
 add the butter and blend again. he he 

You can afterward add the cream and milk.

Blend..(yes again..) 

Add your 2 eggs and blend (last time)

Smells good right? ;)
now you can add your dry grapes.

You can add as much as you want.
Mix it with a spoon :)

Now preheat your oven, I can't really tell the temperature because it's not point out on my oven but the thermostat is 3 for me (note that I live in France, so it's Celsius)

Place your dough in your little pans.



And finally place it in the oven for 15 minutes or more. (20 minutes max)

Your kitchen is going to smell so good, your stomach is going to be happy and you as well because they're delicious :)

My Eggplant Lasagna.



Ingredient (1serving):

- 1 Eggplant (2slices)
- 125gr Beef hash
- 1 onion
- cheese (your favorite)


Directions :

First, cut your onion and add it with your beef in a stove, cook it until the beef starts to be brown.
Then place one layer of meat and onion in your dish. Depending on the size of your dish add as many slice of eggplant until the entire layer of meat is coated with it. 
Add a second layer of meat and onion.
Finally add the cheese on top of if all.
Again depending on the size of your dish add as many layer as you want.

Place it in the oven until the cheese starts to melt. 
Verify the eggplant is cooked before eating it. If not, place it in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes more.

Healthy recipe : Colorful and low in calories vegetable.

(sorry for the quality of the picture. I'll try posting a better one)

Ingredients (for 1 serving) :

1/2 Leek (you can use 1 leek)
1 carrot.
1 tomato or 4 cherry tomatoes.
2 white mushrooms.
4(or more) tbls of Light cooking Cream 12% fat.

For the meat I used Salmon steak, but you can use whatever you want. As long as you like it.




Directions :

First slice all of vegetable (see above), heat up your stove, and add the leek and carrot.
Let it cook for about 30 seconds and add 2 tbls of cream.
Let it cook again on low heat, until they absorbed the cream.
Add the white mushrooms and 1 tbls of cream.
when the cream is all absorbed, you can add the tomatoes and 1 tbls of cream (add more if you think it's too dry).
Let it cook on low heat, until the mushrooms are brownish and the cream is absorbed.
Turn off the heat.


Serve it with meat or fish, it's super low in calories and really filling.

Losing Weight, The best Way.


Hello People, Now do you know that Eating clean and Exercising is the best way, and healthiest way to lose weight. Many people seems to forgot about this, and buy tons of expensive products, that don't even works.

You want to lose weight? You don't wanna spend a lot of money? You want a healthy life? Well this is for you. (I sound like one of this person trying to sale you shit...not actual shit...)

Anyway...

The first step :

If you want to lose weight you need to stop eating junk foods in between meals. BUT it doesn't mean that you need to cut off completely every junk foods. You can still eat it, but try once a week or less, and if you think you're going to regret it afterward, then don't.
You're hungry? here is a list of things you can do to stop yourself from eating that chocolate :

- eat a fruit
- eat a veggies
- drink water
- workout
- watch a movie
- go online (tumblr, youtube...)
- you're a girl? paint your nails.
- you're a guy? paint your nails.
- make yourself a playlist of all the songs you love at the moment, and sings all of them, make your room a fucking ( Am I allowed to swear here?) stage. You're a rock star gurl!
- go outside.
- clean your room.
- clean your house.
- take a shower, pamper yourself.
- if you're a guy or girl...masturbe yourself, I guess it can distract you enough..unless you're not in the mood. Than don't.
- go shopping, clothes or food.
- something you need to do but you want to wait tomorrow? NO DO IT NOW!
- watch your favorite bands on youtube.
- read a super freaking long fanfic.
- dance
- learn a new language.
- take a lot of selfies.
- re-watch every Klaine  moments, wait that won't be long enough...thank you RIB!
- and if any of those things can't distract you enough than sleep. Take a damn nap, you deserve it!


The Next step :

Eating clean, does not mean eat only veggies, or only fruits, or drink only water. NO NO NO!
Eating clean means eating healthy, eating good things for YOU.

Vegetables : Vegetables are so good for you, rich in fibers and vitamins and so much more, you can eat it as much as you want, because it's so good for you, you won't gain "fat" because of it.

Fruits : It's the same with fruits, they are so good for you as well, it's good sugar, not like those cookies you hide under your pillow. Fruits are delicious, fresh and sugary. Good for you.

Meat : Unless you're a vegan/vegetarian, I guess you can skip this, but I think you have alternatives no? please let me know, since I'm not a vegan or vegetarian.
But if you eat meat, than don't skip this, because meat is really good as well, chicken,beef,turkey and more, eat meat!!

Fish : Fish is so good you can't even skip this. Eat fish with veggies!

Bread : Leave the good white bread alone, and replace it with wholemeal bread. It's better for you, a little less caloric, and it's super good with cheese on it. soo...

Dairy :  Good for your bones, milk, cheese, greek yogurt (or any yogurt but look at the cals)

Whole grains & good fats : If you are craving for it, all natural peanut butter, brown rice, oatmeal, quinoa, coconut oil, almonds, avocados, and so much more, you can eat it without "being scared", it's good for you.

Water :  Drink a lot of water!!!!! 8 cups a day or more ♥

I don't know if I put everything but you can still enjoy eating good food without eating "good food". I will post recipes soon, like a healthy pizza (It's so good), and healthy cookies, and a all bunch of delicious stuff.

YOLO : Like Cassey said, you are allowed to have a yolo meal once a week. A meal, not a day. Like if you're craving a burger so much you can have it, once a week only for a meal. :) don't be unhappy. and if you want that chocolate bar, or that cookie, eat it, only one, and once a week, if you want to eat to more than one, you better do some workout after if you don't want to regret it after, and stop everything. You want to lose weight, you have to work for it!

The Next Step :

Exercices. Now if you never worked out before, you can start easy, like go for a walk for 20 or 30 minutes (more if you want), you can go ride your bike, you can run. Or if want to stay inside, you can follow Cassey's videos, she is an amazing person, she helps you in everything, she does the workout with you & she has videos for begginers and advanced people :).

If you want you can work out, every day or 4 times a week, or 3 times a week. As long as you workout you'll see changes. But you need to eat clean as well.

Eating clean is 80% of your weight loss, Genetics is 10% and Exercices is 10%.

10% is probably not much you'll think, but working out is actually a big part of your weight loss and it changes your body for the best ♥

Now for everyone out there, please don't ever ever ever feel ashamed of your weight. If you're unhappy with it, you can change it, no matter what you'll lose those extra pounds, don't worry about it darling, you're so beautiful and seeing you crying is not a beautiful thing. Smile, get up and do everything you can (don't push yourself to hard, don't hurt youself ♥) to change your body if you want to, but if you don't want to change your body then don't, stay the way you are it's completely fine :). We're all in this together, you are not alone.

You're tired? Take a break, you'll work better tomorrow or the day after, but don't ever stop completely! It will probably be a long journey, but the results at the end will be so worth it I promise you.

Who am I? I don't know..

Hello readers of this post. 

You don't know me, yet, and maybe you don't want to, that's totally normal, but if you do want to know me, here is for you darlings.

My name is Sophie Grimaud, I'm French but wish I was British or Korean, as you read this I am currently 19 years old, I dropped out of school in November 2013 (but this is another story). 

I freaking enjoy staying on my laptop all day. I'm a geek after all. But what do I do on my laptop all day you'll ask.

Ha Ha. I'll tell you : Tumblr, reading fics, and watching millions of videos on Youtube about my favorite ships, bands and people. (You'll know who soon ;) )

I love cooking new recipes, my kitchen is like a lab, creating recipes is super fun.

Singing my heart out everywhere in my house, and anytime of the day.

Dancing like I'm on stage, in front of my mirror.
shopping online but never buying anything, even though I want everything in all my carts

and Finally, working out to finally have the body I have always dreamt of .
